This project involves bringing education to Chinese-speaking vascular patient populations, to raise awareness of the role of research in identifying and improving treatments. ​

We are looking to partner with Chinese-speaking translators to facilitate workshops.

Volunteer as a patient navigator or screening volunteer at our free CHAMPIONS community health screenings for cardiovascular disease.
Services include A1C, cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI, TBI (toe brachial index), bone density, and personalized health education from a professional.

Research Funding Opportunities
We fund vascular research that contributes to a greater understanding of vascular disease risks, predictors, and treatment opportunities, with the ultimate goal of improving vascular health for all.
The Wylie Scholar award is designed to support outstanding young vascular surgeon-scientists who are dedicated to an academic career combining their clinical practice with original, innovative research.

Each year, a Wylie Scholar is selected from a competitive group of applicants. This year, the award provides $50,000 for one year, and may be subject to renewal for a second year. The key criteria for selection of the potential Wylie Scholar is a demonstrated aptitude for and interest in vascular research, skill and promise in vascular surgery, teaching ability, and leadership qualities.​

Frederck M. Binkley Award
The Frederick M. Binkley Research Award is a collaborative patient-centered research award that supports pilot research that drives forward vascular science innovation to realize better health for all. Its collaboration-based structure is designed to encourage new translational patient-centered research partnerships that require seed funding to grow into wide-reaching solutions that improve people's lives.

This 16-month, $75,000 award funds multi-institutional projects that include patient advisors and aim to translate research into real-world impact.

Community-Based Microgrants: Empowering Local Action on Vascular Disease
Our Community-Based Microgrants empower small nonprofits and community groups to lead grassroots vascular health education. Grants of $1,500–$1,800 support creative local initiatives that raise awareness, promote prevention, and strengthen patient and caregiver empowerment. Eligible organizations—ranging from student-led teams to community nonprofits—can apply year-round. The program fosters a national network of local leaders advancing vascular health through innovative, community-driven solutions.
