Foundation to Advance Vascular Cures Announces RFA for Pilot Research Projects on Digital Health and AI in Vascular Disease Prevention  and Care

We are pleased to announce a new Request for Applications (RFA) for two innovative pilot research projects. This RFA was issued following the 2024 Vascular Health Innovation Summit, focused on "The Promise and Risk of Digital Health: Personalizing Vascular Care to Improve Patient Outcomes." The Foundation is committed to funding early-stage, exploratory research aimed at addressing gaps in vascular health using cutting-edge digital health and AI approaches in 2 vascular disease sub-areas:

  1. Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) / Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLTI)

  2. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) / Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) / Other Vascular Diseases

Timeline:

  • Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by February 28, 2025

  • Funding Period: April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026
