Joanna DeLong, RN, MS, NP

Joanna DeLong, RN, MS, NP, is the Clinical Nurse Manager for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery and Director of Advanced Practice Nursing at the UCSF Heart and Vascular Center. With a background in critical care, nursing informatics, and advanced practice leadership, she brings a unique blend of clinical insight and administrative expertise to her role. She is passionate about mentorship, patient-centered care, and the evolving role of advanced practice nurses in delivering innovative, high-quality care.
