Leila Namvar

Program Coordinator Intern

Leila Namvar is a graduate intern with the Foundation to Advance Vascular Cures and a master’s student in stem cell biology at San Jose State University. She’s currently interning in the Schuele Lab at Stanford University for her master’s program. Leila is passionate about cooking, hiking, and working in the lab. At the Foundation, she plays a key role in developing and validating pop-up preventative health screening clinics throughout the East Bay, contributing educational materials, translations, and flyers. She is excited to help promote vascular disease awareness and engage the community in meaningful health education.
