Lilia Coburn, MBA
Lilia Coburn brings 20 years of development of consumer engagement and behavior change products experience. She is Chief Product Officer at Bullpen, pioneering AI-enabled applications for financial services automation, and also serves as Fractional CPO at AllaiHealth and Advisor and Bullpen CPO at Emerge9, advancing AI-driven innovations in healthcare and alternative asset management. As Founding Partner of Heart, she helps early-stage startups refine product narratives and achieve product-market fit. Previously, Lilia was Director of Product at 23andMe and President of MedHelp (a Merck subsidiary), where she led development of a behaviorally informed health management platform that powered Vascular Cures’ Project Voice. She has led product and engineering teams in the development and commercialization of consumer products in Silicon Valley, ranging from early-stage startups to top Fortune 500 companies. Her personal mission is to combine her high-tech background, her expertise in user experience and consumer engagement, and her passion for health and behavioral design, to spur innovative and effective preventive healthcare solutions. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
